Support Workers As a Support Worker during our Saturday Clubs and holiday activity sessions you will support the children, young people and adults to participate in a range of activities in the local community. You will support them to make informed choices and the role may also include assistance with feeding and personal care.To join us as a Support Worker you will need to have or be working towards a qualification in a childcare related subject or have equivalent experience. Volunteers We welcome and greatly value the help given by volunteers to assist our existing team of Support Workers, children, young people and adults. To join us as a Volunteer Support Worker you will need to be aged 16 or over and we are proud to be able to offer our Volunteers paid employment after a volunteering period of one year provided their work has been successful.
