WECAN celebrated it’s 30th Birthday with a funday for families in the community. It kicked off with an amazing dance performance by our wonderful WECAN attendees and they shone like the stars they are!
We are so proud of each and every one of them, for the hard work they put in with the rehersals with ‘Molly’s Freelance Dance’ on a weekly basis and for the main performance. The hall at the Torch Centre was packed with family and friends and the reception they got was well deserved. To see the sense of achievement when they were dancing to lots of songs and different props was just amazing! Well done to all of our dancers for having the confidence to show off their talents!
Thank you to the Emma Newton Fund who kindly donated to WECAN so this could happen. Thank you to Molly’s Freelance dance for your expertise in the arts.
We will remember our 30th Birthday with fond memories.
Well done and thank you all for your support
